It applies to delivering non-corrosive lubricating-oil or equivalent liquid without solid particles and fibres at temperature below 80’C and with the viscosity of 5×106~1.5x103m²/s(5-1500cst).(bitumen will be available if add heating jack outside the pump casing)

Its max temp is up to 350C,if the working temp >80 C,pls kindly inform us before order , so that we can change to high temperature proof seal

Application

1. Transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery system.

2.Fuel pump for delivery system. Pressurization and injection in fuel supply system

3.In all industry fields as lubricating pump.

Structure features

KCB/2CY series gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, shaft, casing, safety valve and shaft seal .Gears are advantage in higher hardness and intensity. All of pump’s parts can be lubricated by delivered medium when working.

The pump is properly designed with leakege and oil return groove, which makes the gears bear the smallest torque force,that ensure bearing under excellent protect in order to raise pump’s efficiency.

It is also designed with safty valve for protection against over load. The full return flow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times higher than the rated exhaust pressure of the pump. It can be adjusted within the allowance of exhaust pressure range according to circumstances. But please note the safty valve can’t be applied as pressure reducing valve for long time. You should install pressure reducing valve separately on pipe-line if possible.

Shaft seal:mechnical seal or gland packing seal

The direction of rotation is clockwise viewed from coupling end.
